Man behind bars for attempted murder of woman in Lanark
dailyrecord.co.ukA 32-year-old man has been sentenced to 11 years in prison for the attempted murder of a 37-year-old woman in Lanark. William Kemp was sentenced this week following a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.
He was convicted at the same court on Wednesday, March 20.Kemp attacked the woman with a machete, after forcing his way into a flat on North Vennel in May 2022.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
