A man 'befriended, drugged and raped' three different, vulnerable men, a trial has heard. Nico Baxter, 38, met each of the men on separate occasions and allegedly sexually assaulted them whilst they were in a drug-induced state.

Mr Baxter denies seven offences of rape, stating that when he had sexual contact with the men, it was consensual, Minshull Street Crown Court heard. The three of them then took crack cocaine but sometime afterwards the man had an epileptic fit. After he recovered, the woman and Mr Baxter left, the court heard.

Later that day Mr Baxter, now of East Sussex, returned with a different woman and the man was again asked to call his dealer about buying more drugs, the prosecutor said.
