The 23-year-old man was arrested in the Merseyside area after the shocking catalogue of incidents in two areas of Wigan last Tuesday night.
The Manchester Evening News reported cars and vehicles parked in the Ince and Scholes areas of the town were targeted, with reports emerging from Darlington Street East, Chatham Street, Hardybutts, Hartley Avenue, and Karen Road among other roads.
