Like all teenagers, I liked going out and clubbing with my friends growing up and at that point of my life, I'd have a hangover and be completely fine the next day.Then when I turned 21 and was part of the Emirates cabin crew, I moved to Dubai and lived there for about a year.The clubbing and partying scene there is incredible, so naturally I continued to drink.
But after starring in Love Island I started drinking a little more, which made my hangovers worse. I was also going through a few traumatic things in my life at the time, so alcohol was a way for me to numb the pain, which didn't help.
