Emergency services tackled a major fire on a quiet residential street in Lancashire today. According to reports, an air ambulance landed close to Gorse Avenue, Thornton-Cleveleys, as huge plumes of smoke billowed into the air.
Images showed thick black clouds almost completely consumed one property. Fire crews attended and members of the public were advised to avoid the area.
