Mainstay Entertainment And Paradigm Sign Tisha Campbell
deadline.comMainstay Entertainment and Paradigm have signed Tisha Campbell for representation in all areas. Campbell is currently starring opposite Neil Patrick Harris in Showtime’s romantic comedy series Uncoupled.
Created by Darren Star and Jeffrey Richman, Season 2 will air later this year. Campbell previously starred in the long-running ABC comedy series My Wife and Kids with Damon Wayans; the role garnered Campbell a NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series.
She first achieved mainstream recognition when she was cast as Gina in Martin, opposite Martin Lawrence. The irreverent sitcom ran for five seasons and remained one of Fox’s highest-rated programs during its entire run and is frequently regarded as one of the most influential sitcoms of all time.
Campbell’s other credits she is known for include Spike Lee’s School Daze and the House Party franchise. She will continue to be represented by James Adams and Amber Payne of Schreck Rose Dapello Adams Berlin & Dunham.
