The pair's tumultuous relationship saw Thomas say: "Captain Curtains can f**k off" after an argument on the reality show, even likening him to Ian "H" Watkins from Steps.
But despite Adrian’s '90s boyband hairstyle gaining a ton of attention on the show, there was a very real reason behind his now-iconic look.
He has now shared that the hairstyle was due to his receding hairline, which he was rather insecure about, and has since undergone a hair transplant.
