MAFS fans declare 'only reason to watch' show after emotional moment leaves them in tears

The current series of Married At First Sight UK is nearing its end, with final nights out and final vows to come and only four couples still in the experiment trying to make things work.

On Wednesday 6 November, it was a chance for the remaining brides and grooms to have a last date together, and while Polly and Adam, Ross and Sacha, and Luke and Amy all went out and tried various activities including ice skating and a cookery lesson, it was Nathan and Lacey’s date that won the hearts of fans.

Nathan began by sweeping Lacey off her feet, taking her on a helicopter ride during which he intended to tell her he loved her for the first time.That plan was scuppered, however, when he felt sick on the helicopter and was still queasy when they landed.

Happily, the couple did get the romantic moment everyone has been waiting for that evening, when Nathan took his bride to a romantic location and told her how he felt.
