Sam Thompson is said to be back on the dating scene following his split from Zara McDermott, who is rumoured to be seeing Louis Tomlinson.The unexpected pairing of Zara and Louis sent ripples through the celeb world when they were spotted enjoying a romantic date recently.

But it seems 28 year old Zara isn't the only one moving on. An insider revealed that Sam, 32, has also been dipping his toes back into the dating pool, stating that he "accepted" his break up with Zara "a long time ago".They shared: "Sam has been making jokes about his life since the break up, and that's not really something you'd be doing if you were experiencing total heartbreak.
