M&S extends Christmas refunds and introduces new way of paying so customers can avoid long queues

The website goes on to add that the extended returns policy applies to all UK stores and online orders.For purchases made after December 27, the normal M&S refund policy will apply.
Marks and Spencer has also become the first retailer to launch an on-the-spot payment solution called Pay With Me, allowing customers to beat the queues in selected stores in the last couple of days before Christmas.
