Lydia Bright spills on 'magical' drug free birth where she ate pie and chips

Lydia Bright has opened up about the 'magical' way her daughter Loretta arrived into the world. Former Towie star Lydia described giving birth to her first child as a 'peaceful' affair that didn't require any pain relief as she tucked into pie and chips to keep herself going instead.

The 30-year-old said she was lucky to stick to every detail on birthing plan, including having a water birth where she was surrounded by candles to help her relax in the pool.
