The 21-year-old joined Wanderers last October on what was due to be a season-long loan deal from Championship side Luton Town.
He went on to play 14 times for Wanderers and found the back of the net on three occasions, cementing a first-choice spot in the team at right wing-back.
He was recalled from his spell at Bolton by his parent club in the middle of January and was subsequently sent back out on loan to Northampton Town in League
