Emilio Izaguirre appears to have doubled down on his ringing endorsement of Luis Palma - by ordering a Celtic shirt with his name on the back.
The Honduras winger spoke of conversations with his countryman before he made the £3.5m switch from Aris late on in the window and that came after Izaguirre had talked him up big time.
The two appear to have a close connection and it seems Izaguirre is rooting for his compatriot to hit the ground running in Glasgow's east end, just like he did.The former left-back spent seven seasons in Scotland, racking up more than 250 appearances and winning seven straight league titles.
But now he's happy to hand the Celtic torch to his pal as he shared a snap on Instagram of a shirt with Palma's name and number on the back.
