Reality star Lucy whose fiancé recently surprised her with an £84,000 Range Rover, took to her Instagram Stories to announce the exciting news to her 1.7million followers.The 28 year old shared a snap of two passports alongside a red bag that had "My personal child health record" written on it next to an illustration of what appeared to be a bear.
She wrote over it: "Finally getting Roman's birth certificate," alongside an emoji of a smiling face with red hearts surrounding it.
