They issued a stark warning – that she'll lose her job if her antics on telly breach strict rules for her role. Sharon told the Daily Star Sunday: "After I agreed to do Love Island, I had to have that conversation with my boss. "We have a civil service code of conduct and my boss had to sit down and have a conversation about the things I can or cannot say."
