Former Love Island star Luca Bish has declared "Christmas is cancelled" after expressing his sadness about the upcoming MasterChef Christmas special being pulled by the BBC.
Following the controversy surrounding the show and accusations about former host Gregg Wallace making "inappropriate sexual jokes" amongst other behavioural complaints, the BBC has decided to pull a selection of shows from their TV schedule.Luca, a 25-year-old reality TV star had been set to appear in a festive edition of the BBC cooking show alongside Amy Walsh, Max George and Shazia Mirza.
The two Christmas specials were set to air on BBC One later this month, but they will no longer be aired while an external review of misconduct allegations takes place. He has since apologised for his remarks. He faces allegations from 13 people across a range of shows over a 17-year period, as reported by BBC News on Thursday, with many others since sharing their experiences.Due to the ongoing investigation the BBC has decided not to broadcast th Celebrity Christmas special episode Luca was set to star in.It has also been confirmed that three episodes of BBC Two's Inside the Factory, which are repeats, have been taken out of the schedule.Luca took to Instagram to tell his 1.2million followers he was gutted about the decision to pull the show.
