Lorraine Kelly feels 'happier and healthier' after embarking on a weight loss journey this year. The ITV breakfast host felt unhappy in her looks after putting on weight during the pandemic, but has since partnered with WW, formerly Weight Watchers, to shed some pounds.
The Glasgow born broadcaster has revealed her 'dead easy' tips that aided her in her impressive weight loss. Lorraine, 62, has reached her “ideal” weight and has dropped from a size 14 to a now comfortable 10.
One of Lorraine's tips includes making a few little changes to your diet and routine, as well as walking 10,000 steps a day, which she achieves by taking her beloved dog, Angus, out for a stroll.
Speaking to the Express, she explained: “I comfort ate and would just find myself hovering around the biscuit tin and the fridge for all sorts of goodies.
