The cherished host of ITV’s morning show Lorraine has shared her secret for staying at the top of her game as she nears the significant career landmark.Earlier in the year, while chatting on the 'How To Be 60 with Kaye Adams' podcast, Lorraine shared how she dodges falling into complacency and stagnation as she ages.
She urged listeners not to become stuck in their habits and offered advice to her peers entering their sixties: stay inquisitive and embrace new experiences.Lorraine explained: "I think it's all about being curious, you know, it's all about wanting to find out about more things, being interested in new music - you may not like it that much - but listen to it! " She also encouraged giving new technologies such as TikTok a fair chance, adding: "Watch something on TikTok or whatever it is, don't just go, 'oh, you know...' and dismiss it, actually have a go.
