Lorraine Kelly bags surprising new role on primetime TV show in panel shake-up
ok.co.ukLorraine Kelly has landed a surprising new role on ITV's The Masked Singer as she will be joining the judging panel for the show's fifth series, alongside comedian Sir Lenny Henry, Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon, and pop sensation Ellie Goulding.
They'll be joining regulars Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora and Mo Gilligan, and for three episodes, Olly Murs, Charlie Simpson and Jennifer Saunders will fill in for Rita.
Host Joel Dommett shared his excitement about the new series, saying: "I think it's definitely my best series just because of my child arriving.
I feel like it's all so joyous and fun. I am viewing it all in an entirely different way." Joel also praised the talent on the upcoming series and said they have some of the "best" singers they have ever had.
