A drug dealer who forced two vulnerable children from a Manchester care home to sell crack cocaine and heroin in a seaside resort has been jailed under modern slavery laws.
Ajay Stephens, 21, forced the boys, aged 15 and 17, to travel from a children's home to Hastings in Sussex to deal the Class A drugs.
Police believe it is only the second time jurors have convicted someone of county lines dealing under the Modern Slavery Act of 2015.
They began a probe into the 'P' line between London and Hastings in East Sussex, which Stephens headed, in March last year.
