Gooey, the Manchester bakery that got itself a ringing endorsement from R&B icon Lizzo, has landed a new spot at the Trafford Centre.

Among them is its renowned Rolo cookie - a cookie buried under chocolate with a toffee layer on top, just like the childhood fave - and its red velvet signature cookie, which is jammed with chunks of Belgian chocolate.
They will also be turning out a range of their other giant cookies and cinnamon buns as well as a range of huge filled doughnuts, including its Kinderella, which is piped full of hazelnut cream.
