Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock has won an award for her BBC documentary Race, Pop and Power which was released back in May.The documentary, which focuses on the theme of racism in the music industry, won the Ethnicity Award on Friday night.The star went to collect the top prize at the awards when she said that the "hard work doesn't stop here".
