Little Britain will look a lot different when it returns to screens as many of the classic characters are being culled due to their controversial nature.
Matt Lucas, 46, and David Walliams, 48, are said to be in talks to revive their hit comedy sketch show for a brand new series.
However, some of the characters have not aged well since the show made it’s debut on BBC Three way back in 2003 and they now face being axed for the revival.
Among those facing the chop are ‘Fat Fighters’ weight loss coach Marjorie Dawes, racist Women’s Institute member Maggie Blackamoor, and Thai character Ting Tong – who was portray by Matt. “We need to sit down and work out who we are bringing back and who we aren’t,” Matt said in an interview with The Sun
