The actress, 31, was seen kissing and cuddling the married man over an intimate lunch in Rome on Sunday. Dominic, 50, has since returned home and he put on a united front with his wife Catherine Fitzgerald - kissing for the cameras and declaring they are still "very much" together.
Now Lily has emerged and returned to work, taking part in a video call to promote her new film Rebecca - a new adaptation of Daphne du Maurier's classic novel.
She stars alongside Armie Hammer, who plays the role of widower Maxim de Winter made famous by Laurence Olivier in Alfred Hitchcock's Oscar-winning 1940 film version.
