Among those implicated is Payne's companion, Roger Nores, as well as key staff members from the CasaSur Palermo hotel where the tragedy unfolded.
Charged alongside Nores are hotel chief receptionist Esteban Grassi and head of security Gilda Martin, as well as waiter Braian Nahuel Paiz, 24, and Ezequiel David Pereyra, 21; both of whom are accused of supplying drugs to Liam.
According to local news outlet infobae, they have been given just 24 hours to reappear in court, facing potential prison terms of up to 15 years in Argentina.
