In the video, influencer Kate and musician Liam - who passed away aged 31 in October - are seen sharing intimate moments such as dancing with one another and sharing kisses, while the song Fade Into You by Mazzy Star played over the clips.
She captioned the video with a simple 'I love you', as lyrics such as 'I wanna hold the hand inside you' and 'I wanna take the breath that's true' played over the stream of clips.
One showed Kate in Liam's arms as he picked her up while they laughed, while others showed tender moments between the pair at home, and many were from holidays they had taken together - including a trip to Disneyland and a snowy getaway.
