Roger Nores, a friend of Liam Payne, claims that the hotel where the singer stayed is to 'blame for his death.' The One Direction singer tragically passed away on October 16 at the age of 31 after he fatally fell from the third floor balcony of his hotel room in Argentina, as an autopsy revealed that he suffered internal and external bleeding as a result of the fall.Liam was spending time with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy before she left Argentina to return to America.

Liam stayed in Buenos Aires, with his friend Rodger.Roger was Liam's friend, and reported business manager and one of the last people to see the singer alive.

He is currently being investigated for abandonment after he left Liam alone, knowing he was in danger, reports the Mirror.However, after Liam's death Rodger released a statement claiming he "never abandoned Liam".

He said: "I went to his hotel 3 times that day and left 40 minutes before this happened."During a statement to the Mail Online he said: "There were over 15 people in the hotel lobby chatting and joking with him when I left.
