Liam Payne's body 'can't return home' to UK as toxicology review 'not complete'

The toxicology report on the late Liam Payne's body is reportedly still pending.The singer tragically passed away at the age of 31 last Wednesday while in Argentina.

Investigations are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding his fatal fall from the third floor of the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires.

An initial post-mortem examination has reportedly determined that he died from 'multiple injuries'. Sky News reports that a representative of the public prosecutor's office met with his father, Geoff Payne, who is currently in the country, to update him on the investigation into Liam's death.

It's reported that Andrés Esteban Madrea informed him that the toxicology and histopathological exams have not yet been completed and their results are needed before the body can be released to the family.
