Liam Gallagher
William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis in the 1990s and 2000s, and later fronted the rock band Beady Eye in the early 2010s, before beginning a solo career after the dissolution of both bands. One of the most recognisable figures in British music, he is noted for his outspoken and abrasive manner; penchant for wearing parkas; distinctive singing style, in which he elongates vowels; and signature stance on stage, which consists of him holding his arms behind his back and singing up into a downward-facing microphone.

Liam Gallagher announces two Glasgow dates for Definitely Maybe 30 years tour

Liam Gallagher has announced that he will be playing two nights at Glasgow's OVO Hydro next year as part of his 'Definitely Maybe 30 years' tour.

Fans were over the moon when it was revealed this morning that the former Oasis front man will be taking to the iconic stage on June 19 and June 20, 2024.

Tickets go on sale on Friday here, however, pre-sale takes place on Wednesday. Liam will celebrate the 30 th anniversary of the release of Oasis’s all-conquering and massively influential debut album.

The tour will see Liam perform the ‘Definitely Maybe’ album in full for the first time, along with some select b-sides from the era.
