The Someone You Loved star stood in the pit during the performance by fellow West Lothians Sean Finnigan and Conor Larkman.Some lucky fans at Glasgow Green were left stunned as they spotted the star sipping a can of Tennents.
One festival goer posted a picture of her holding out her hand to Capaldi on her Instagram story as she said: “So eh this happened earlier and I am NOT OKAY.
Ly Lewis x.”The fan then posted a video of Capaldi enjoying the act as he took pictures of his friends performing. It comes weeks after the singer was forced to cut his Glastonbury set short by six minutes as he battled with his voice.Lewis was helped by adoring fans who sang his songs back to him as he struggled with his Tourette’s.
