Lewis Capaldi has made a surprise return to stage to show his love for his mates, the Vamps following his career break announcement.

The much-loved Someone You Loved singer made the tough decision to step back from touring after struggling with his Tourettes diagnosis following his Glastonbury appearance, reports the Mirror.In an emotional statement, the 26-year-old explained he would be taking a break for the "foreseeable future" as he needs "to spend much more time getting my mental and physical health in order".Despite this hard decision, the star left fans shocked as he made a surprise appearance at Kew The Music on Wednesday night alongside his pop-star pals 'The Vamps'.

The band were headlining at the Royal Botanic Gardens when singer Brad Simpson could be seen walking to the side of the stage.The camera panned to the singer, leaving the crowd in shock and screaming as the screen revealed Lewis Capaldi.
