Lewis Capaldi (born 7 October 1996) is a Scottish singer-songwriter. He was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award at the 2019 Brit Awards. In March 2019, his single "Someone You Loved" topped the UK Singles Chart where it remained for seven weeks, and in October 2019 it reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. On 17 May 2019 he released his debut album, Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent, which remained at the top of the UK Albums Chart for six weeks.

Lewis Capaldi halts gig after hearing 'goat noises' leaving fans in hysterics

Lewis Capaldi brought his Amsterdam gig to a short halt after hearing the sound of a goat amongst his crowd.The 26-year-old was left utterly confused by the commotion as he asked: "What the f*** was that noise?" The hilarious turn of events happened while he performed at Ziggo Dome in the Dutch capital on Saturday February 25, leaving the Scots singing sensation totally baffled.In a clip shared to his 6million followers and fans on Instagram, he can be seen on stage with a guitar around his neck chatting to the crowd.

But moments later a strange noise occurred.Lewis then has a quick look about his crowd before casting his eyes on a girl and saying: "Wait, what.

What's your name?" The girl shouts out her name, and the Pointless singer asks a member of his team to hold a microphone to her mouth.He says: "Is this going to be a squeaky, squeaky job?" The girl then makes a goat impression.

Lewis told her: "You are a weird person. You're a strange motherf*****.The crowd then erupted into laughter.Lewis ended his chat by saying: "That just goes to show, if you want to get noticed at a gig, make sure you know your animal noises."We recently told you how he shared a sweet moment with his fans on stage in Frankfurt after the singer experienced a Tourette’s flare-up.Lewis had turned away from the microphone whilst singing Someone You Loved as he dealt with the symptoms, but the crowd were on hand to fill in the gaps.The 26-year-old previously opened up about having the neurological condition, which is characterised by involuntary sounds and movements known as "tics".
