Lewis Burton shared an emotional post ahead of Strictly's tribute to Caroline Flack. The tennis coach openly addressed mental health battles on Mental Health Awareness day on Instagram on Saturday.

His lost love Caroline took her own life aged 40 at her north London flat in February earlier this year. As Strictly are set to pay tribute, Lewis also took the time to post about mental health on his social media.
