Lena Dunham carried an IV drip during a stroll around her Los Angeles home on her 34th birthday. The Girls actress celebrated the big day at home with her roommate, lounging around the pool in her garden.

However she did step out – while hooked up to the drip and wearing a protextive face mask – to chat to a friend. It is not know why Lena was carrying the IV pack.

Metro.co.uk has contacted Lena’s rep fro comment. The Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star kept things casual for her walk, wearing a simple black top and trousers with grey slippers.
