Leigh Centurions have parted company with head John Duffy. Rugby League Live can reveal that Duffy has become the first coaching casualty of the new Super League season, with the Centurions still searching for their first win since returning to the top flight after losing all of their opening eight matches so far in 2021.
The 40-year-old was in his third season coaching the Centurions, but Leigh have now made a change and are on the hunt for a new head coach to try and keep them in Super League, with the club's players informed on Wednesday morning that Duffy had left the club.
