Lauren Goodger looks radiant in jumpsuit as she embraces new fitness plan

Reality TV star Lauren Goodger was all smiles as she was spotted outside the King William pub in Chigwell, Essex. The former TOWIE favourite, 36, sported a fitted dark green ensemble, made up of a long sleeve top and matching flared leggings.

She wore a pair of dark sunglasses on top of her head and finished the look with a pair of simple flip-flops. The outfit highlighted her physique, with Lauren regularly spotted leaving her local gym.

Earlier this month, the star said she is giving her diet an overhaul in a bid to "start feeling good mentally" after months of unhealthy eating.Taking to Instagram Stories at the beginning of May, Lauren told followers she's decided "to do something for myself", and has started the Francis Diet, which involves controlling calories and following an exercise regime.

Lauren said: "Very intense but amazing results.This is my time. I'm starting a three-month plan." Recently, she also admitted she had a secret Brazilian bum lift in Turkey, which she now regrets and is having reversed later this year.
