Lanarkshire youngsters encouraged to speak up about violence and weapons

Youngsters across Lanarkshire are being targeted by a new campaign to encourage them to speak up about violence and weapon possession.The Silence Won't Stop Violence initiative was launched by Fearless.org - the youth service of charity Crimestoppers - and is raising awareness of the impact of violence.It also offers youths a way to report information or suspicions 100 per cent anonymously, which means no personal details are ever taken when people contact the charity.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
