Lanarkshire woman reflects on over three decades of missionary work in India

When Betty Robinson was around seven years old, she attended a talk at her local church by a missionary from India. "I remember that she was talking about her work in Bombay", recalls Betty, who now lives in the Burnside area of Rutherglen. "She mentioned at one point that she could do with helpers to stitch on buttons for the girls dresses, and I put up my hand and said 'I could do that'.
