A Lanarkshire man who was cleared of murder has been jailed for attacking his partner.Ryan Shields and Holly Allison stood trial last year over the killing of an acquaintance, Scott French, at their then home in Airdrie.It was alleged that dad-of-two, Scott, was hit with a blunt object and struck repeatedly with a knife or knives.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
