Lanarkshire teenager killed in Fife road collision at weekend

An Airdrie teenager has died following a road collision near Dunfermline on Saturday night.Shane Dickson, who was just 15, was tragically killed in the three-vehicle collision on the A985 near the Fife village of Cairneyhill.Emergency services were called to the scene at around 11.50pm on Saturday, March 5, after two cars, a coach and pedestrian Shane were involved in the collision.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

It has been established that none of the vehicles collided with one another.”Shane was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

His next of kin has been informed.The road was closed for around eight hours to allow a full collision investigation to take place.
