Lanarkshire MP welcomes firm's paid miscarriage leave policy

A Lanarkshire MP hopes more workplaces can follow the example set by a major insurance company who introduced their own policy on miscarriage leave last year.

Lanark and Hamilton East MP Angela Crawley welcomed the move by RSA Insurance as she met with representatives from the firm last week.

The SNP politician has been campaigning to have paid miscarriage leave introduced in the UK in recent years. The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
