Lanarkshire duo born again with genre-crossing 'pure shot of music adrenaline'

A musical duo formed in Lanarkshire are set to release their debut album after their latest incarnation and sound caught the ear of industry experts.Brian Clover, who splits his time between Hamilton and Essex – where he was born – and is at home in both, and long-standing songwriting partner Billy Smith will release Council Estate Superstar, on Gallus Records next month.Under the name of their latest project, MAN REBORN, they initially intended to release a mini-album but instead have opted for a full debut album, following positive feedback.

Due out on January 17, Council Estate Superstar will feature 10 original songs.Brian, who fronts MAN REBORN under the pseudonym Lennon, has high hopes for the “concept album” after it received support from Amazing Radio in the UK and the USA, with the station labelling it a “pure shot of music adrenaline".
