Manchester City captain Kyle Walker says he's feeling as fresh as a daisy before the club's meeting with Liverpool and reckons Pep Guardiola might even give his players time off before that Premier League game.
City resume their latest title defence on Saturday afternoon when they welcome Liverpool to the Etihad Stadium for a lunchtime kick-off (12.30pm).
Playing in that time-slot has irked opposition manager Jurgen Klopp. Walker, who remains on international duty, played 45 minutes for England on Friday night in what was a laboured win over Malta, with North Macedonia next up on Monday night.
