Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky have finally sold their sprawling white mansion located in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills stars have been trying to unload the estate for the past five years: they first listed the property in 2017 for nearly $7million, dropped the price twice, then re-listed it in the summer of 2021 for $6.75million.And this week TMZ claimed that the Bravo staples managed to close the deal on the house for a very respectable $6.1million.

They first asked almost $7million in 2017 then dropped the price to Bel Air mansion on the market asking for $5.95 million in 2020 then months later dropped it again to $5.695million.

Then in August 2021 the home was re-listed for $6.75million.The mansion is a stunning 6,229 sq. ft., with seven bedroom and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.The home's outside includes a white picket fence and specimen trees planted on lush lawn.
