New Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has been meeting some of his players for the first time after arriving in England earlier this week.

Amorim was appointed as the successor to Erik ten Hag at the start of the month before officially starting his role this week.

After flying from Portugal just hours after Sporting CP's 4-2 win over Braga on Sunday, Amorim met with the non-international United players who were in the building to continue their own rehab from recent injuries.

On social media, United posted a series of pictures of Amorim in conversation with players. Kobbie Mainoo, Leny Yoro, Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Toby Collyer were all included in the album.
