Ruben Amorim names Manchester United player who 'wants to play more' after Everton win

Ruben Amorim said Luke Shaw is a player who "wants to play more" after the defender made another appearance from the bench in Manchester United's comfortable win over Everton.

Shaw made his return from a 10-month lay off in Amorim's first game in charge against Ipswich Town and he's subsequently made another two appearances from the bench.

The 29-year-old was introduced as a substitute against Bodo/Glimt and Everton and he's now pushing to make his first start for United since picking up an injury on February 18.

Amorim discussed Shaw's eagerness to play when he was asked how long it would take to see a settled starting team in his new system at his post-match press conference. "We started this job now and now we have a lot of games.
