Kirstie Alley doesn’t really love the new rules The Academy has implemented for the Best Picture award.
Earlier tonight, The Academy revealed the new requisites that films would have to meet in order to qualify to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar.
Four different standards have been drafted and films will have to meet at least two of the standards in order to be eligible for the top prize at the Oscars and criteria states that one of the lead or supporting actors must be from an underrepresented racial or ethnic group, and more.
