King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla have officially arrived at Westminster Abbey to take part in the historic ceremony that will see them both formally crowned.
2,200 guests comprising of members of global royal families and world leaders through to homegrown volunteers and community champions, will be joined by millions of viewers around the world as they bear witness to the prestigious occasion.
The formal coronation ceremony will officially see King Charles and Queen Camilla crowned just 8 months on since the death of Charles’ mother Queen Elizabeth II.
Charles acceded to the throne back in September following the Queen’s death, but will now be crowned in a special ceremony that will see him swear to serve the people of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.
