Tributes have been paid to a beloved delivery driver who died at home following a heart attack. Ikhlaq Ahmed, 59 worked for popular takeaway Florida Chicken in Oldham town centre.
Heartbroken Wasseem Awan, 31, said his 'kind' and 'polite' dad was fitting a door in their home when he complained of not 'feeling right' and collapsed.

It’s been really tough for the family, but I’m the oldest and I have to keep things together to make sure we carry on. “I can’t put into words what the messages of support from the community mean to us and the family, they’ve been really important.” Wasseem says his father died of a heart attack despite being relatively 'fit' and having no underlying health issues.
