Sarah Harding, who died from breast cancer, is a 'daily challenge'. The Girls Aloud star, 40, said she is still dealing with her grief every day and frequently checks in with Sarah's mother Marie Hardman.
She said her bandmate's death has been 'very tough' but added that she was grateful that Sarah got the chance to meet her three young sons - Bobby, seven, Cole, five, and six-month-old Nate.
The singer told Psychologies magazine: 'I can't lie, [Sarah's death] absolutely knocked us all for six and the grieving is a daily challenge. 'I deal with it day to day and, for me, that's about checking in with everyone, especially Sarah's mum, and making sure that they're OK too.
